- Paid plans are billed per active seat, with a minimum of 2 seats and no maximum.
- Annual billing saves, per seat per year: $24 on Starter, $36 on Professional and $48 on Business.
- Every new organization gets a 30-day trial of the Business plan.
- Individual is free forever and limited to 1 user.

## Every plan, including Individual

- Desktop tracker for macOS, Windows and Linux: timer, screenshots and an activity level, with offline sync.
- The activity level comes from counted keyboard and mouse events. What you type is never recorded.
- Voice typing in any app.
- Unlimited screenshot storage, kept for as long as the plan's retention allows.

## Individual ($0)

- 1 user, up to 3 personal projects.
- Screenshots kept 3 months. No screen recordings.
- Personal app and URL tracking and classification.
- Weekly AI personal productivity summary.

## Starter ($7 monthly, $5 annually)

- Unlimited members, billed per seat. Up to 5 projects; tasks.
- Screenshots kept 6 months, screen recordings 3 months.
- Client invoicing with adjustments and rates.
- Unusual activity detection: 3 core rules (suspicious apps, low activity, high activity).
- AI prompt capture for the whole team (prompts sent to Claude Code, Cursor and Codex while a timer runs) and AI Prompt Intelligence.
- GitHub integration (1 repository) and calendar sync.
- Jira Cloud (issues become tasks, kept in step every 15 minutes) and Slack (team events posted to the channels you choose).
- Team Skills: share approved Claude Code, Codex and Cursor skills across the team.

## Professional ($15 monthly, $12 annually)

Everything in Starter, plus:

- Unlimited projects, tasks and subtasks.
- Screenshots kept 1 year, screen recordings 6 months.
- Project roles (Team Leader and Member).
- Advanced reports and analytics dashboards; weighted activity scoring.
- Custom templates for streaks and bonuses.
- Optional add-ons: AI Chat Pack and AI Weekly Digest (see Add-ons).

## Business ($26 monthly, $22 annually)

Everything in Professional, plus Venture Intelligence, Colabio's AI layer for the people who lead teams:

- AI Team Pulse: a daily health score per member with the evidence behind it.
- AI alerts: stagnation, status drops, members gone silent.
- AI chat about the team and AI Project Pulse: 50 messages a day.
- AI task suggestions: on-task detection with accept or dismiss.
- AI Prompt Intelligence with an AI summary per member.
- The full unusual activity engine, with thresholds that adapt to each member's profile.
- Screenshots and screen recordings kept 1 year.
- GitHub integration for all repositories.
- Advanced formulas for streaks and bonuses.

## Enterprise (custom)

Everything in Business, plus:

- Unlimited members and organizations.
- Screenshot and recording retention configurable to 2 years or more.
- AI chat: 250 messages a day.
- AI forward-look briefs, deep member analysis and direct nudges.
- Pricing, retention and AI set up for the organization.
