Why tracking people can see works better

There is no silent install. The desktop app shows its tracking state, and it records nothing while the timer is off.
2. Same Records for Everyone
Members see their own time, screenshots and activity on every plan, the same records a manager sees about them.
3. Advisory AI
AI suggests a task or points to who needs attention. A person always makes the call.
4. No Pop-Ups
Nobody gets a message on screen for opening a site. A task suggestion appears as a card you can accept or dismiss.
