Can I add time manually?

Yes. Manual entries can be added and edited from the timesheet. They are labelled as manual and have no activity level, because no input was measured.

What export formats are supported?

Timesheets export to PDF, and reports export to CSV. Invoices can also be generated from timesheets.

Does Colabio integrate with payroll tools?

Not directly. Export the timesheet as PDF or Excel, or the report as CSV, and import it into your payroll or accounting tool.

Timesheets that fill themselves

Timesheet software that does not depend on Friday memory.

Tracked slots land on the timesheet as they happen, with the task, screenshots, and activity level attached. Add manual entries where needed, review by day or week, and export to PDF or Excel.

Why hand-filled timesheets are fiction

A timesheet typed on Friday is a guess about Monday. Colabio records slots while the timer runs, so the sheet reflects what was tracked, and manual entries are clearly marked as manual with no activity level.

Review what was tracked, not what was remembered.

Three product decisions behind Colabio timesheets.

Tracked and Manual, Side by Side

Tracked slots carry screenshots and an activity level. Manual entries are allowed and labelled, so reviewers know which is which.

Filter and Review

Filter by project, time type, or activity level. Members review their own sheet; leads review the team.

Export and Invoice

Export a timesheet to PDF or Excel, with entry ids, time zone and review marks. Client invoices are drafted from the same billable time, reviewed, then issued as a numbered PDF.

Timesheet comparison

Capabilities	Colabio Timesheets	Spreadsheet Timesheets
Data Source	Tracked slots from the desktop app, plus manual entries.	Typed from memory at the end of the week.
Evidence	Screenshots and activity level per tracked slot.	None.
Output	PDF and Excel export; client invoices from the same tracked time.	Copied into payroll or invoicing by hand.

The Colabio commitments

Timesheets should be fair to the person who worked the hours.

1. You See Your Sheet First

Members review their own timesheet, including every screenshot behind it.

2. Manual Means Manual

Manual entries are labelled and carry no activity level. Nothing is dressed up as tracked.

3. Idle Handled Openly

Idle time is kept or removed through a dialog the member sees, never silently trimmed.

4. Context Over Counts

An activity level is shown with the task and apps for that slot, not as a standalone score.
