Can Colabio invoice clients like Harvest?

Yes, on Starter and above. Colabio builds a client invoice from billable time on the client's projects, one line per project and member at the member's rate or the project's, and checks for open questions, pending corrections and stale rates before the invoice is issued. Harvest invoices on every plan, including Free, and takes online payments.

Does Colabio track expenses like Harvest?

No. Colabio tracks time, activity and budgets, not expenses; an expense can be added to a client invoice as its own line, but there are no receipts or expense reports. If expense tracking and accounting integrations such as QuickBooks or Xero matter most, Harvest is the better fit.

Does Colabio take screenshots? Harvest does not.

Yes, optionally. A manager switches screenshots and app and URL capture on or off for each member, and members see their own data. Keystrokes are counted as an activity level, never recorded as text. Harvest records time only.

Does Colabio work with Jira and Slack like Harvest?

Yes, on Starter and above. Colabio imports Jira Cloud issues as tasks, kept in step every 15 minutes, and posts the team events you choose to Slack. It also shows GitHub or GitLab activity beside the hours. It has no Asana, Trello, accounting or Zapier integrations.

Can I move from Harvest to Colabio?

There is no Harvest importer today. Set up your clients and projects in Colabio, invite members and install the desktop app; keep your Harvest exports for past invoices and reports.
